ABOUT ESTHER ALFANDARY
Esther Alfandary is a certified Real Estate Associate since 2014.
In addition, she also has an Associate’s Degree from the Art Institute of Miami. She was part of the Prestige Realty of South Florida INC. team and was responsible, among other things, for resolution and documentation of confidential material.
HOW THIS ALL STARTED
Throughout the years of living in South Florida and working in the world of Real Estate, Esther knew first-hand all the problems that her clients would face when acquiring an apartment or house, but not live in it.
There is continued maintenance and care, both large and small, that are required in property care. Whether you are there or not, certain needs and issues are needed taken care of. It is a great relief and benefit in being able to vacation or schedule a trip of any kind knowing that your property is in optimal condition.
On these trips, nobody wants to have to take care of technical arrangements, cleaning, etc.
