We will be in charge of fixing any issues that arise on the property and maintain it in perfect conditions. 

We will supervise any service provided to the property. We ensure that the work performed is successful.

We will make sure that all the appliances work correctly and call to service them if there is any damage.

We take care of the general and specific cleaning of any required area and make sure that the services performed are perfect.

We will ensure the proper functionality of the aforementioned in its entirety

We will collect any mail or packages. This way your packages will be indoors and safe upon your arrival (Amazon, UPS, FEDEX, USPS, Etc.) We can help if you need to send any documents, packages or any bank deposits.

We can purchase food and drinks to the owner’s taste before arrival or during the stay.

We can take care of calling and arranging medical or other appointments for when you are in town.
